At Elementhra, we stand behind the quality of our natural crystal and S925 sterling silver jewelry, including products recommended through our “Five Elements Division” feature. We offer a 30-Day LIMITED Warranty against manufacturer’s defects for all Elementhra-branded products purchased at elementhra.com. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
Elementhra warrants that Elementhra-branded products purchased at elementhra.com are of saleable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. Please refer to the Product Care section under Customer Service on our Website for care instructions to maintain your jewelry.
During the 30-day warranty period, Elementhra will, at our discretion, repair or replace any Elementhra-branded product found to have a material or workmanship defect.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage to Elementhra-branded products caused by:

Accident, misuse, or abuse.

Modification or attempted repair by unauthorized parties.

Negligence after purchase.

Ordinary wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnishing due to improper care).

Who Is Covered?
This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Elementhra-branded product and to subsequent owners, provided proof of purchase is submitted. All owners must retain a copy of the receipt, which indicates the date of purchase and the exact item purchased, to exercise warranty coverage.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, our repair specialists will determine warranty eligibility based on the following:

Feasibility of repair.
If the damage is deemed a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. If the damage is not covered under this warranty, you may opt for an out-of-warranty repair for a flat service fee of $39 USD.

Please note that repairs, whether under warranty or out-of-warranty, may take 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the repair and availability of parts.
